This report presents the findings of the 2025 annual environmental audit for the Pinnacle Point Residential Golf Resort Development in Mossel Bay, South Africa, conducted by Cimarron (Pty) Ltd on behalf of the Pinnacle Point Home Owners Association (PPHOA). The audit assesses compliance with the Environmental Authorisation (EA, Ref: 16/3/1/5/D6/28/0011/13) originally issued in 2003 and transferred to PPHOA in 2013, as well as the approved Operational Environmental Management Programme Report (EMPR) dated 27 August 2014. The development, now in its operational phase, encompasses an 18-hole golf course, residential units and associated infrastructure on approximately 4.51 km² of land, with ongoing construction limited to 98 remaining dwellings in line with the original site plan
